Bind off, leaving the last stitch on the needle. With the right-hand needle pick up 4 stitches along the left edge to get in total initial number of stitches.
Repeat the pattern for 4 or 5 more times starting with Row 1.
Before binding off all stitches for the last time, with WS facing, cast on 21 sts, and turn.
Last Row: bind off 21 sts. Place the very first stitch to the left-hand needle, knit this stitch and the next stitch together and go on binding off all other stitches. In this way, we made a loop for hanging.
Cut the yarn and sew the seam with a tail. Weave in all ends.
