Knitting materials and tools:
Double-pointed and circular knitting needles 4 mm (US 6/UK 8). Use 4.5 mm needles if you find yourself knitting tightly.
Impeccable, Loops&Threads – 100% acrylic.
Weight Category – 4 (Medium). Quantity: 90 grams. If you have difficulty to find aforementioned brand of yarn, use something else that will have about 200 m (220 yards) per 100 grams skein.
Stitch markers, tapestry needle.
Swivel winter knit hat size:
Head circumference: 54-58 cm (21-22”).
Gauge: 17-18 stitches = 4 inches in stockinette
Common abbreviations of knit stitches:
K – knit
P – purl
Pm – place marker
K2tog – knit two together
skpo - Slip, Knit, Pass Over: Slip one stitch to the right needle knitwise, knit in the next stitch, and drop this stitch off the left needle, insert the left needle into the slipped stitch, pass it over the knit stitch and it’s done.

Swivel winter hat knitting pattern:
Using the long tail cast-on method, cast on 80 (88) stitches (multiple of 8). Place stitch marker and join to knit in the round. Rib k21, p1 until the piece measures 5 cm.
Next Round: knit all stitches around. If needed, add or decrease stitches to ensure the total number is a multiple of 8.
Knit the body part of the hat:
Round 1: [k1, slip next 3 stitches purlwise with the yarn in front] – repeat around.
Round 2: knit all stitches around.
Round 3: [k1, slip next 3 stitches purlwise with the yarn in front] – repeat around.
Round 4: knit all stitches around.
Round 5: [k1, slip next 3 stitches purlwise with the yarn in front] – repeat around.
Round 6: knit all stitches around.
Round 7: [k1, with the right-hand needle, pick up the three bars that were formed before, then knit through the next stitch on the left-hand needle along with the picked-up bars, k2] – repeat around.
Round 8: knit all stitches around.
Continue repeating Rounds 1-8 until the hat measures 17-18 cm in length. I repeated the pattern for a total of 7 repetitions, stopping at the beginning of Round 8 to proceed with the decreases.”
Now, begin shaping the crown:
Round 1: k5, skpo, [k6, skpo] – repeat around, k1.
Round 2: [k1, slip next 3 stitches purlwise with the yarn in front, k3] – repeat around.
Round 3: knit all stitches around.
Round 4: [k1, slip next 3 stitches purlwise with the yarn in front, k3] – repeat around.
Round 5: [k5, skpo] – repeat around.
Round 6: [ k1, slip next 3 stitches purlwise with the yarn in front, k2] – repeat around.
Round 7: [k1, with the right-hand needle, pick up the three bars that were formed before, then knit through the next stitch on the left-hand needle along with the picked-up bars, k4] – repeat around.
Round 8: [k4, skpo] – repeat around.
Round 9: [k1, slip next 3 stitches purlwise with the yarn in front, k1] – repeat around.
Round 10: knit all stitches around.
Round 11: Repeat Round 9.
Round 12: [k3, skpo] – repeat around.
Round 13: [k1, slip next 3 stitches purlwise with the yarn in front] – repeat around.
Round 14: knit all stitches around.
Round 15: [k1, with the right-hand needle, pick up the three bars that were formed before, then knit through the next stitch on the left-hand needle along with the picked-up bars, k2] – repeat around.
Round 16: [p1, k3] – repeat around.

Break yarn and leave 10-15 cm tail. Thread the end through remaining stitches and fasten securely. Weave in all ends.
Optionally attach yarn, faux or real fur pom pom.

There is a row missing from your swivel hat pattern. Row seven of the decrease round is missing.
