Hi Ann Well I found a yarn (not ideal but worth trying) and began the hat but I only used 64 sts instead of 80. However, when I got to the end of the first row of the pattern it didn’t work out as it should have. I counted and recounted and triple checked everything but after the last purl 7 and then knit 2 I have 3 sts. Would I knit 3 before beginning round 2 or is the pattern not divisible by 16 as I thought

answered you Jo on Youtube 🙂
Is this for sure the wool needed to complete the project? I’m asking because according to knit picks, this wool is worsted not bulky and bulky wool is incredibly tight on that small of a needle.
According to knit picks it is 5 (bulky), but yes, it looks like more medium worsted.
Tried getting the “free” pattern. Yeah, its free until you try to order it. Then they want $2.99.
Hey Mary, the printable version is paid but the pattern is always available for free online on my blog. Thank you for understanding!
