Crochet materials and tools:

Common abbreviations of crochet stitches:
ch – chain
sl st – slip stitch
yo – yarn over
st – stitch
sc – single crochet
dc – double crochet
cl st – cluster stitch: *yo, insert the hook into the next stitch, yo and pull the yarn through the stitch, yo and pull the yarn through 2 loops on the hook, repeat from * two more times in the same stitch. You should end up with 4 loops on your hook. Yo and pull through all 4 loops, ch1.
Cluster stitch crochet pattern:
The starting chain is made in a multiple of 2 plus.
Row 1: Chain 20. Cl st in the 6th ch from hook, skip next ch, [cl st, skip next ch] – repeat till the last ch, dc in the last ch, ch1, turn
Row 2: sc in the 1st st, sc in the ch-1 space, [ch2, sc in the ch-1 space] – repeat till the last ch- space, sc in the ch-space and in the 3d-ch. Ch4, turn
Row 3: cl st in the ch-2sp till the last st, dc in the last st, ch1, turn
Repeat Row 2-3 until desired length.
