Common abbreviations of knitting stitches:
k – knit
p – purl
st(s) – stitch(es)
k2togb – knit two together through the back loop.
sel s – selvage stitch: always slip the first stitch knitwise, work to the last stitch, purl the last stitch
Belt strap knitting pattern:
Cast on 6 sts.
Row 1: sel s, k1, slip the next stitch holding the working yarn in the back, k2togb and do not drop stitches from the left-hand needle, knit again only the first stitch through the back loop, after that drop both stitches off the needle, sel s.
Repeat Row 1 to form the pattern.

It says 3mm needles for Knit belt strap pattern with Bernat Maker yarn. Surely it should be more like 5.5-6mm?
In the video I am explaining why 3 mm. I found out the belt is more rigid and less stretchy compare to bigger needles size
